Adapted Living Spaces / ALS Contracting is a company, established in 2001, that offers a full array of services, including design/build remodeling and construction. It will take your project from an idea to a reality. The company offers high quality workmanship and complete turn key construction. Adapted Living Spaces offers such services as the renovation of bathrooms, kitchens, basements/home additions, as well as the restoration of fire / water-damaged homes and new construction. This company realizes that success can only be achieved through the focusing on each client’s individual needs. It is ALS Contracting’s goal to offer quality design services at affordable prices to residents of the greater Atlanta community.
How Design/Build Works
Complimentary Consultation – After receiving your phone call or email request for services, an Adapted Living Spaces / ALS Contracting representative will schedule a meeting with you to visit your house, discuss your needs and desires, and review potential design options for the project. When you are satisfied that we can provide you with what you are looking for in a Design/Build contractor, the following process begins.
Scope of Work Development – The Scope of work development is the beginning of the design process. Following an extensive discussion with you at your home, the company prepares an “S.O.W ” to provide you with a design idea and construction services that best fits with your remodeling and construction needs. Adapted Living Spaces / ALS Contracting Representative will measure and photograph the affected areas as needed and begin the design process. Our commitment to you is to provide you with a professional, creative design that meets your needs.
Construction / Remodeling Process – Once the “ S.O.W ” and job contract is signed, construction begins. The company’s expectation is to continue working with you through to the end of a successful construction project.
Completion and Warranty – In order to finish your project promptly and completely, Adapted Living Spaces / ALS Contracting will work with you with a punch list created together at the end of each project. A warranty will apply once the job is completed as per the signed agreement between the homeowner and Adapted Living Spaces/ALS.
